Pretty but stiff

This is a gift for my grandsons girlfriend. Hoping she will like it but I felt like it was really stiff and I can honestly say, that took me by surprise.

Hi Rosalind! If the bracelet is stiff - it's just because it's brand new and hasn't been worn yet - if you slowly twist the bracelet it will help loosen the coils up and it won't feel so stiff. Definitely call us at 877-804-7730 and we assist you further but it's solely because it's a brand new bracelet and it will absolutely loosen up.
